About

Aaron Barnett

Aaron Ross Barnett is a valued heart architect, future author, artist, and speaker. He has spoken across the country consulting Organizations both for profit and non-profits on how to grow younger and become a place where the Next Generation loves to live, work and play. He has captivated audiences from business rooms to conferences with the heart that he carries.

His creative expertise has extended to consulting for esteemed organizations like Exponential, Leadership Network, Halftime, Cru, Association of Related Churches.

With an aim to gather a metaphorical "hive" of leaders, Aaron Barnett pushes the envelope when it comes to conventional leadership styles. What's key to note about Aaron Barnett. Aaron uses the symbolism of 3 as a commitment to serve first God, then others, and third of all, you. The aim of this brand-lift was to boost the existing image of Leaders for greater influence. Bold primary colors were employed to give a “loud” visual aesthetic. This was combined with a rigid geometric logo-form built of thick lines, hard edges and three equal parts. Hexagons were utilized throughout the brand to allude to the "hive" mentality while also creating a pleasing, sturdy logo. These aspects are reinforced with dense typography to further reflect Aaron Barnetts determined stance to see a new "lead culture" come to pass today and to see Next Gen Leaders reimagine what the Local Church could be and do in their life time. Aaron Barnett believes that God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit is the source for all creativity and beauty to exist. Be all Three for the Three.

Aarons focuses

Aaron Barnetts idea conceptions were birthed out of dreams and desires God placed on his heart. He often says that we will always have more thoughts about how to lead and to step into all that God has for us than we have places to walk those same thoughts, ideas and concepts out. Aaron Barnett strives valiantly to build spaces where emerging leaders find their voice and co-create with the world around them. He fights to move away from the how, the what, and the why that culture often speaks on and seeks to see the Next Generation of Leaders become practitioners of the content they create for Kingdom Impact. It’s about building healthy leaders that build healthy Organizations.
